Why should you use Vaastu principles in your house? If you construct your house as per Vaastu rules, you will get great health, wealth, fame and a happy family and positive energy. In short, you will live with absolute happiness and peace in that house.

Now, let us see the  Vaastu rules to be considered while constructing a house.

1. Leave more space on East than West and on North than South.

2. Dig the bore well at the Northeast of the plot. However, it shouldn’t be exactly on the diagonal drawn between Northeast and Southwest points.

3. Main door can be at eastern part of North or northern part of East or northern part of West or eastern part of South.

4. Main gate can be at same places mentioned above.

5. Kitchen should be at Southeast of the building.

6. Master bedroom should be at Southwest.

7. You can have a bedroom at northwest too.

8. Let the prayer room be at northeast or east.

9. Children’s bedroom can also be at west.

10. Southwest is the weight place and it is the place of Lakshmi .

11.Less weight should be at North especially at northeast.

12. South should be slightly higher than the north.

13. Avoid constructing toilet at southwest and northeast corners.

14. Sump should be at north or southeast in case of no option .

15. There must be windows on North and East mother walls of the building.

16. the lavatory should be facing North or South.

If these basic Vaastu rules are followed, your house would draw huge positive energy from the Cosmos and eventually you will live with happiness and peace.
